The maximum occupancy for our villa  rental is 4 guests. The studio is 2. 

Yes, we have free onsite parking available for guests.

Our villa rental includes a fully equipped kitchen, linens and towels, Wi-Fi, and cable TV. We also have 4 beach chairs for use, along with beach towels. The studio has wi-fi, towels, dishes, and small cooking appliances, ie microwave/toaster oven. 

Um, no. It is a separate island in The Bahamas. 

Yes, Bahamas is a separate country and you do need your own passport. 

YES! We pay a resort fee for our guests and you have access and use of the pool, a shuttle to Georgetown, concierge help at the frontdesk, exercise room, and recreation room. There are also paddle boards and kayaks for your use. 

No we are not child proofed. It is important to note that The Bahamas has its own regulations on heights of railings etc., so it's important to be more diligent and be aware of your surroundings.  

No! You don't. Many groups say you do, however, they drive on the left, and many locals drive fast. There are also numerous pot holes. We don't always rent a car and prefer using the great taxi/tour drivers for our excursions. If you want a car there are many car rental agencies. Ensure you understand the insurance and requirements prior to renting. Review your credit card and/or insurance policies prior.
